Aver Family’s Benevolent, Homage and Inspiration are golden at the American Fine Wine Invitational
Our sold out 2014 Inspiration Chardonnay won a double gold at this prestigious competition and the current release of Benevolent Viognier, won gold as did the soon to be released 2013 Homage Estate Syrah. Once invited to join the competition the judges request which wines they would like you to submit. They asked us to submit Inspiration, Benevolent and Homage and we are honored and humbled to have been included in this competition that only accepts entries from some of the best wineries.
The American Fine Wine Invitational & Charity Wine Gala, has been bringing recognition to the best wines produced in America for the past ten years. This invitational accepts only up to 850 of the finest wines produced in the country to participate. The judging takes place each January at Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management in the Wine Spectator Restaurant Lab. The wines presented at each event are some of the most sought after American wines. Many of these wines are highly allocated and difficult, if not impossible, to get outside the winery or wine club.
